Q: Where are you located?

We are at 535 Talbert Dr. Suite 305 in Plano, TX. There will be 3 white buildings, ours is in Building 3 towards the back of the property. Be aware that there is a school across the street, so please plan to be a few minutes early to avoid school traffic during school hours (3pm Mondays through Thursdays and 1pm on Fridays). You can avoid their carpool line by carefully going through the parking lot of Wow Donuts and Movement Rock Climbing.

Q: How is the parking situation?

A: There are plenty of parking spots in front and around the studio. The property is well lit and has 24 hour security surveillance for safety.

Q: Can I rearrange furniture and turn off the lights?

A: Feel free to move furniture, just try your best to put it back for the next guests. If you want to play with off camera flash, feel free to close the garage door in Studio C for complete darkness.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, we love your fur babies. Please try to be considerate for guests by cleaning up after your pets. It is your responsibility to thoroughly clean after your pets to avoid a cleaning fee.

Q: Do I have access to the entire studio in my booking?

A: Yes, use the entire space to your heart's content. Studio A has beautiful morning light. Studio B has great lighting throughout the day. In Studio C, you can open the windows to get great natural afternoon light or close it for studio lighting. You can even use the LED wall in the dressing room for photos. Feel free to move furniture, but please try your best to return everything to how it was when you got there for the next guests to use.

Q: Do you provide strobes and light stands?

A: There are light stands you can use for your convenience and a Godox strobe.

Q: What happens if I'm over my time?

A: One thing I've always hated is feeling rushed out when my time is up during a shoot. There is a 10 minute buffer between bookings, so please try to be considerate and use that buffer time to make sure you're packed and fully out before the next guests come in. Q: Is there WiFi?

A: Yes, you will be able to access guest WiFi.

Q: Can I play music?

A: Of course, there is an Alexa video panel in the entrance of the studio that has access to Amazon Music and Spotify. You can use that to control the music in different areas of the studio. Please try to play music at reasonable level so we do not disturb the neighboring businesses.

Q: Can I use sparklers or smoke machines?

A: The studio has a very sensitive fire sprinkler system so I ask not to use sparklers or smoke machines that might trigger the sprinklers. You will be charged a damage fee of $100 if the sprinklers or fire alarm is activated.

Q: Can I smoke at the studio?

A: The property itself is a non-smoking property.

Q: How many people can I have at the studio?

A: Please limit guests to under 25 people.

Q: Is boudoir photography allowed?

A: Yes, tasteful boudoir is allowed but please keep it classy.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?

A: Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your shoot. We cannot issue refunds but you will be given a credit for your reservations. If you need to cancel under 24 hours before your booking, please email me at info@capture-creative.com
